The user's browser tells if the tracking cookie is already in use. If it is not found, a new cookie is placed in the browser. We never pass on user information obtained from tracking cookies to a third party.

Most browsers allow you to disable the cookie function. You can do it, for example, from the Internet Explorer browser's Tools button by selecting Internet settings - Security.
