Parlok Oy and Parlok Trading Oy welcome a new major shareholder
Axel Johnson International, a privately owned Swedish industrial group and investor, has acquired a majority of the shares of Parlok Oy and its subsidiary Parlok Trading Oy. After the acquisition Parlok and Parlok Trading will continue as independent companies and as a part of the Transport Solutions division of Axel Johnson International. The operations of the two companies including the management and the rest of the personnel remain unchanged.
