Notice: Completion of the Subsidiary Merger on 31 December 2025

In autumn 2025, we informed you about the planned subsidiary merger in which Parlok Trading Oy will be merged into its parent company, Parlok Oy. We are pleased to confirm that the merger will be completed as planned on 31 December 2025. As of 1 January 2026, Parlok Trading Oy will no longer operate as a separate legal entity. Its operations will continue as part of Parlok Oy.

What does this change mean for customers?

•   Services and cooperation will continue without interruption.
•   All existing contracts, prices and delivery terms will remain unchanged.
•   Your contact persons will remain the same.
