Company Announcement: Oy Parlok Ab and Oy Parlok Trading Ab unite for a stronger future

The Parlok Group is merging its subsidiary, Parlok Trading Ab, into its parent company, Oy Parlok Ab.

The merger will take place at the turn of the year and is part of our plan to simplify the corporate structure and enhance cooperation within the Group.

By combining our operations, we can implement a more efficient operating model – enabling us to serve our customers even better.

The merger strengthens collaboration between our business units and streamlines decision-making.

What will change?

For customers and partners, nothing in day-to-day operations will change – your contact person and our services remain the same. From the beginning of 2026, invoices will be issued by Oy Parlok Ab.
